This gluten free spaghetti recipe made with Italian herb seasoning and garlic cream sauce is yummy and ready in just 20 minutes. A perfect kids friendly weeknight dinner. For recipe video and cooking tips and variations click on the recipe link.

 250 g Spaghetti ( gluten free or normal)
 1 cup Broccoli, cut into florets
 2 tsp Garlic, finely chopped
 2 cups Milk
 1 tsp Italian Seasoning ( for extra flavour)
 2 tsp Butter /Olive oil
 2 tsp Lemon juice

In a deep bottomed add enough water to boil the spaghetti. Add 2 tsp or more salt to water and bring to boil. Once the water comes to a boil add the gluten free or any type of spaghetti.

When the spaghetti is cooked midway add the broccoli and boil them together. Both need to be al dente and try not to overcook them. Drain and keep aside.

While the pasta is boiling make the sauce. Heat pan and add 2 tsp of oil or 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter let it melt.

Add chopped garlic and saute for a minute until slightly cooked.

Now reduce heat to low and slowly add in milk stirring in with the garlic.

Next add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning and mix in well and bring back to simmer

Now remove the sauce from heat and add lemon juice, stir in well.

Finally add the boiled spaghetti and broccoli to the garlic pasta sauce and stir in well to cover with the sauce.

Serve gluten free spaghetti in creamy garlic lemon sauce hot with chili flakes for heat and grated Parmesan cheese !
