We just made barb's lemon pasta again with grilled chicken on top

In fact, we made it twice....once with
grilled chicken slices
fresh red peppers
fresh spinach
grape tomatoes
rinsed capers
rinsed sliced olives
pasta (penne this time; wide noodles the last time)
dressing
feta
green onions
fresh thyme leaves


and then for the second meal,
with the leftover plain pasta, we added:
2 bags of lemon-pepper seasoned tuna
grape tomatoes
rinsed yellow banana peppers (jarred pickled kind)
fresh red pepper
feta
Makoto Ginger/honey dressing
fresh thyme leaves
We were out of greens...some would have been lovely in this.

I'll go find the recipe, but we use less lemon & less mustard than the original.

1/2 C olive oil
2 TBL lemon juice
zest
1 tsp coarse mustard
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt/pepper
