to show you what I meant about using the cooling rack to crumble the cake. Doing it this way takes about a minute. I then add 1 cup cream cheese frosting (nuked 20 seconds) and use my hand mixer for about 30 seconds to incorporate it. Perfect every time!

Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out, but I can usually shut her up with cookies!
