Barbequed Shrimp and Cheese Grits: Made this for dinner last night and it was delicious!

I reduced the cayenne to 1/8 of a tsp. and it was still pretty warm. Also, instead of Tabasco I used Texas Champagne (which I douse almost everything savory with)
