pork loin roast, 3 to 4 pounds
salt and pepper
1 cup fresh or frozen cherries
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/8 tsp ground allspice

Sprinkle pork loin roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker; combine remaining ingredients and spoon over roast.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
