I stuck with the basic boule dough and played with the shapes. Once it cools off - 90 today - I will start up again. I would like to focus on the peasant loves, especially the ryes, next. I keep meaning to make some for friends, but the bread on the counter still a little warm and the stick of Irish butter next to it....
