Aunts were Hungarian. And you're right, there are SO many regional (not to mention familial) variations of all these dishes, there's no way to duplicate them. I think I came close and was actually, pretty happy with the meal.

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
