Mayonnaise-Mustard-Dill Sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbs sour cream
1 1/2 tsp dry white wine
1 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup minced fresh dill
freshly ground pepper

1. Stir mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, wine, vinegar, and sugar in small
bowl until smooth. Stir in dill and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate,
covered, 2 to 4 hours to blend flavors.
