Then go to the main page with all the link choices (Kitchen Tips, Larder Barter, Tried & True, etc.). There is a link there for 'Great Threads'. Click on that link and then on New Post. Title it something like "MUSTARD - favorite recipes using mustard" and in the box below the message box that says "Link URL", paste your copied url in there, then Submit.

Once you do it, you'll see it's just like posting here in the forum messages.
