STill putting away the huge amounts of food from our New Year dinner. Today dealt with chicken from soup, made a few matza balls from leftover batter, got the turkey carved down to a carcass.
Now to decide - soup or chew off the bones!!

Went to meet my 3&4 yr. old grandsons at their favorite park and played with them for a few hours.

Back to my son's with them to find him baking challah. While it was rising he finished leek
patties which were delicious with chopped tomato
and red pepper on the side.

Home and later snacked on some turkey bones and

It has been an eating holiday for sure.
