They had glass urns with straight tomato, V-8, and the House Recipe (spicy clam). Then they had an array of all sorts of sauces (tobasco, chili, green pepper, habanero, hot, mild, Worcestershie, etc. etc.). A display of "stir-ins" (assorted peppers, crumbled bacon, spice blends, flavored salts, horseradish, garlic powder, celery salt, Old Bay, etc.) then a large assortment of garniture (a dozen sorts of stuffed black and green olives, assortment of cheese cubes, chilled shrimp, cornichons, citrus wedges, etc.) with decorative pics, then the stirrers (celery, pickled green beans, dill spears, pickled asparagus (green and white, scallions, pickled okra, etc.). Then, they hand you a glass with your vodka in it and you get busy. LOL
