Marcella Hazen's "Classic Italian Cooking"
my ancient copy of "The New York Times Bread and Soup Cookbook" (mine is literally falling apart)
Julia's "Mastering the Art..." (well okay, that is two books)
an old version of "The Joy of Cooking"

Do I really have to stop??? Can't I take 10?
