.... we don't do the garlic sauce, but I know it's done like that in other countries of South AmericaI

I can imagine how great the food tastes, I love these mom and pop places that are harder and harder to come by these days.

Another way to eat the yuca is simply cooked, exactly as I mentioned in the blog, but then, while it is still warm you drizzle melted butter, salt and pepper. Nothing else is needed. Heavenly
