I'm trying to stay away from carbs and these just seem like something that would always want to include some sort of pasta/rice.

There is one recipe I have for garlic chicken I'd like it for, but otherwise, seems like it would take up a lot of cabinet space. Pulled pork/etc I can use the oven for. Also, I'm stumped when I look at buying one - they seem *huge*.
