mixture. Served with Israeli Couscous, that was browned and cooked in chicken broth. Quickly sautéed asparagus and sugar snap peas from the Farmer's Market were added and tossed with a fresh lemon vinaigrette, which had fresh lemon juice, zest and as little orange juice.
Very nice dinner to welcome Spring.
