I am still low carbing so was thinking of a macadamia and parmesan crust or similar. Anyone have a T&T recipe to recommend or maybe one with a nice glaze (that can be adapted to stevia. :)

They're in Hawaii right now and he caught a 550 lb marlin. Do they eat marlin? :)
