time. I tested it at 2 hours and the chicken breasts were at 165, so I dumped it into a big pot, added the beans & kale and cooked it stovetop for 15 minutes (there wouldn't have been room to continue in the crock). Also I needed it to be finished and then cool enough to refrigerate before going to bed.
I was only using a 1.5 QT size crock and sauteed my onions/celery first, so that may be why it was done sooner.
I did have seasoning issues...broth was low sodium and I rinsed the beans so I kept adding 1/4 tsp Kosher salt over and over again until my mouth was happy.
