Some cosmetic changes in preparation for larger site changes in the works.


My new thai restaurant adds avocado to their beef massaman. I was surprised how nice it tastes.

it is not really "cooked" per se, just added at the end to the stew. So, it does get warm, but not really mushy. I have enjoyed it. It was a "new to me" texture / taste.
