I bought the KA kit which included the spiral blade and parts (see example at the link), but the larger meat tray was extra.

I've only made my FIL's Italian sausage, meat for sausage patties and ground chicken for Ina's meatloaf, but it worked fine for those. My hardest problem was finding real casing.
And I've STILL never found the preservative my FIL used in his recipe...I swear that is the illusive missing taste.
