I made this last night and was so pleased with it. I did buy Wondra and liked it as a coating instead of the all-purpose flour I usually make.

I needed to add more horseradish than called for (all I had on hand was 'creamy style' horseradish but it was quite potent) and I added lemon zest.

Awesome fast dish!
