I make lots of dishes which use fresh lemon, most soups, meats and lots of vinaigrettes

We juice most of them, give away for Christmas to family and neighbors, hair colorist, nail person.
Our lemon cubes, and zest usually last for two years with the addition of the next years crop. I use on lemon cube in my tomato juice concoction every morning, plus a lime wedge. We never get colds, or flu. Not sure why, but I hope the citrus has something to do with it. I have one vinaigrette recipe which uses one whole lemon plus juice from another. I make that a lot. It is from Cafe Sucre Farine
