We had fish tacos for dinner last night with the Mexican crema in the white sauce. It is the Cacique brand I buy, white bottle with green cap and is called Crema Mexicana Agria. They also make a Salvadoran crema same bottle but blue cap. HEB carries both, I've never tried the latter. HEB doesn't carry the other two you mention, at least I've not seen them. Is there anyone at the Hispanic market to answer the question?

The Mexican crema isn't as thick as sour cream, can be poured from the bottle.

I don't have the bottle to check, but I think Cacique is made in Los Angeles.

Edited to add that Cacique also makes a Mexican crema that is labeled table cream, assume that's what you meant by sweet?
