Chunk up the cobs and throw them in with enough water to cover. Pressure cook (I think I went 90 minutes) and then strain through cheesecloth. From there you can use it to make a corn chowder but the stock is sweet and is best used to make corn cob syrup for biscuits and pancakes or corn cob jelly.
