Made corn chowder on stove last week because our T&T recipe browns flour at beginning. Have unopened smoked whitefish and cans of clams plus lots of potatoes, clam juice, seafood stock, celery, fat-free half and half, bacon package, etc. - so I'm ready. Too much going on to commit the time without advice. Like so many projects I've/we've go going w/move. Sorry no advice :( Colleen
