food processor to break down the fibers makes all the difference in my pie. I'd like to find her pound cake. I made one recently and that bugger had 6 eggs, 2 sticks of butter and a cup of sour cream. Yet it was dry!

How is that possible!!

The rest of the cake was delicious...pecan nut swirl inside and pecan crumb topping. But I'd really like to nail that dryness issue like I did with the cinnamon rolls.
