Some cosmetic changes in preparation for larger site changes in the works.
I like to spread it on garlic-buttered bread and then put it under the broiler to brown.

You could probably also very slowly warm it with cream/milk to thin and use it to make gratin potatoes. I think if I did this I would parcook the potatoes.
